Order Processing

  • Please allow 15 days to process your order.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp notification within 2 days confirming the dispatch.

Store Pickup

  • Address: 20 Beck Bagan Row, Kolkata-700017
  • Pickup Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, daily.
  • Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Local Delivery

  • Available in West Bengal only.
  • Deliveries are made using Tata Ace vehicles, contracted for each local delivery.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM during store hours (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) will be delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered on the next working day.
  • Real-time tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic shipping is handled by trusted services like OM Logistics and ShipRocket.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on factors like:
    • Distance and zonal area.
    • Weight and dimensions of the product.
  • For some products, shipping costs may be included in the MRP displayed.

International Shipping

  • We ship to all countries worldwide. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be communicated during checkout.
  • Import Duties & Taxes:
    • Any import duties, taxes, or VAT applied upon reaching your destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns Policy

  • Returns are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
  • Damaged products during transit will be replaced if the following conditions are met:
    • The customer must provide a video of unboxing the product within 24 hours of receipt.
    • The video should clearly show the damage occurred during transit.

Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged:
    1. Email us at contact@jaffricrations.com with your quotation number and a photo of the damaged product.
    2. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis and aim to offer a satisfactory solution.
